Mercury 4 uses ActiveCampaign to manage sales leads and contact information. ActiveCampaign acts as a data processor for the personal data you provide, and you, as the data controller, are responsible for this data. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum establish the instructions for processing your personal data and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. All instructions are carried out in accordance with GDPR regulations.

HubSpot acts as both a data processor and a data controller. As a data controller, HubSpot processes personal data necessary for performing contractual obligations, meeting legal requirements, and pursuing legitimate interests in line with GDPR regulations. Mercury 4 ensures that internal processes, security measures, and data transfers comply with GDPR standards to safeguard the personal data processed on your behalf.
